The TTQ (Total Tufting Quality) Looper is the original tungsten insert cut pile looper also known as a Tip Patch Looper. Invented in 1973 by ASAHI TRADING Co., the TTQ Looper was introduced to the North American Tufted Carpet Industry by WHITE LAMB FINLAY in 1984, making its many benefits available to the North American carpet manufacturing market.

BENEFITS
The TTQ Looper was designed to consistently produce excellent surface quality of tufted cut pile carpet, and to dramatically reduce total gauge part cost, i.e. loopers, knives and needles. Although there are now imitations of the TTQ Looper, our customers find that the consistently excellent quality of the ASAHI TTQ product significantly reduces their manufacturing costs and proves to be the best value in the long run.

AVAILABILITY
TTQ Loopers are available for prompt shipment for tufting machines of all gauges. We also carry TTQ 5/64” cut pilemodules, as well as 1/8”, 1/10” inline and 1/10” staggered TTQ LCL modules.
